We often receive email from folks who will be traveling to Las Vegas and want to know if we have any events planned while they will be there. While we would love to accomodate these requests, the ASN is based out of Reno, NV, which is 450 miles and 7 hours away from Las Vegas.
 If you are planning a trip to Las Vegas, your best bet is to contact the the Planetarium at the College of Southern Nevada (http://www.csn.edu/about/campuslife/planetarium/index.asp). You can also try to contact the Las Vegas Astronomical Society (http://www.lvastronomy.com/). We hope you enjoy your trip to Nevada! |
